Nir Hindie

Nir Hindie is an international creativity and leadership keynote speaker and the author of the Japanese bestseller Renaissance of Renaissance Thinking. He has coined the concept of “Business Artistry,” a mindset that fuses business strategy with artistic thinking, creativity, and human connection to help leaders build emotional relationships rather than transactional ones with the people they serve. As the founder of The Artian, Hindie partners with global companies like Google, SAP, and TikTok to bridge the gap between humanities and technology, helping build organizations that are both high-performing and deeply human.

He is an adjunct professor at IE Business School, storytelling coach at Harvard Innovation Labs, and a mentor at the MIT Arts Startup Incubator, bringing real-world insights into academia and shaping the next generation of creative leaders. He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Cultural Leaders Network.
